    Yes this is a children’s show. I think it was actually one of the shows that got me interested in science when I was young. But the knowledge it presents as this in episodes, especially those involving the medial field are excellent.

  • Scrubs

    Season 1 Episode 22

    In this episode a lab tech is introduced along with a hemopathologist. It still mostly about the interaction between nurses, doctors, and patients but it does talk about hospital mistakes and how hard lab results can be on patients.

  • Pandemic

    So this one is more about doctors and the research scientists, not so much MLS. But it does describe a perspective important to understanding pandemics and how viruses spread.

  • The DropOut

    Elizabeth Holmes developed a company that claimed that it could complete a full range of blood tests with a single drop of blood, testing for hundreds of diseases. Found to be a lie, this podcast talks about her story and trial about defrauding investors.

  • Medical Mysteries

    Do you ever look into patients chart to see how your results correlate to patients conditions or diagnosis. Here are a few more intresting tales.

    An lab technician becomes a serial killer of female nurses. It is interesting when they show the laboratory filled with old equipment and how smoking is perfectly normal. Horror is not what it use to be.

There seems a lot of the movies I am choosing are about fighting, adventure, and sometimes scary. The journey of a MLS is just that a journey. As an MLS I hope you enjoy these science/laboratory related movies and shows.
