Finding a Recruiter
It is more important to find a good recruiter than a good company. You want to make sure they can be someone you trust enough so they do not steal from you and have they have your best interests in mind.
A recruiter/company should be averaging about 40% and you should be getting the other 60%. This is hard to figure out most of the time as you do not know how much the hospital is paying the company directly. But it all comes down to negotiations and trust.
